Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase/order date and not yet collected. Only GIA certified diamond(s) and priced below HK$200,000 are eligible.

In case of refund, the Ring Setting price and deposit is non-refundable.

Charges (not more than 6%) will apply if the order is paid by Credit Card/EPS or Installment.

Once your purchase is inspected and collected (even within 7 days of purchase/order date), this money back guarantee is not valid. However, you have an option to upgrade with our Diamond Uprade Policy.

In case of dispute, Difeee reserves the right of final decision.

Difeee stands behind every item we sell and we understand that you may want to upgrade your purchase. If you would like to upgrade your purchase and you would like to return to us your previous purchased items, we offer 80% of your total invoice amount (from January 1st, 2013 onwards) as credit for your upgrade purchase from us. Upgrade must be at least twice the amount of previous invoice and the diamond that is being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory-grading document. This offer valid 180 days after purchase.

Difeee understands that your purchase may be a surprise gift. In order not to ruin the surprise, you may not have an accurate ring size for us. That’s why we offer our customers one time Free Change Ring Size.

Difeee offers Free Engraving service to our customers in order to make your purchase even more memorable and unique.

All of our diamond jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to customer collection. Difeee performs inspection services for free, including steam cleaning your ring and checking the prongs for tightness. You can also clean the jewelry yourself using jewelry cleaner or a toothbrush and warm soapy water.

We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of customer collection. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be brought back to our offices for inspection. If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry at cost.
